Learning More About Your Holistic Copywriter

Hi there – I’m Lauren.

Nice to officially meet you.

I believe in approaching life in a holistic manner. So, why should you manage your business any differently?

One of my favorite activities outside of work is long-distance running. For years I neglected to take strength training seriously. I thought putting in 40+ miles of weekly runs would give me the results I wanted.

That’s how I ended up with a merry-go-round of knee injuries and hip problems.

What I have learned from running is that we have to take part in activities we may not enjoy as much to gain more success in the activities that fill our cups and leave us pumped full of life’s endorphins.

But strength training is just the beginning. I’ve learned to become a better runner by:

  • Taking proper rest days

  • Fueling my body appropriately

  • Cross-training (strength training, yoga, regular walks)

  • Managing stress levels contributing to hormonal imbalances

  • Varying types of runs (long slow runs, shorter runs with sprints, tempo runs, etc.)

  • Understanding that what is working for me now may not be the best course of action in a year from now.

“Okay, okay, that’s great. I get it. But how does this relate to marketing?”

To get the results you want, we may have to incorporate strategies that may seem unfamiliar. We may have to tinker a few smaller aspects of your business and marketing strategy to see bigger overall results.

We have to make sure each individual aspect of your business is working smoothly with each other to ensure the entire business is successful.

Are you creating tons of content but not getting results? Are you looking for clients in the wrong places? Are you trying to sell your products to the wrong people?

These are a few of the things we’ll discuss to make sure your goals and strategies are aligned.

I bring my vast knowledge of holistic living to the conference room to collaborate in developing marketing strategies, creating copy, and helping you grow your business.

Measuring Success

One of my greatest joys in life is watching people succeed.

I believe we can all succeed in our respective areas, but sometimes we need a little help. Some light. Some water. Extra support. And bam. We’re growing to succeed.

Success looks different for everyone. Even for the same person, success may look different depending on the day, goal, or time available to work on a project.

Success can be measured in a multitude of ways. Client leads. Business revenue. Rankings.

But success isn’t always quantifiable.

Success can be measured in the types of clients you attract. Client satisfaction. The success of your clients. Industry and community impact. Feeling less stressed because you know where your next clients are coming from.

I help practitioners and business owners find success in working with the people we are best suited to help. We do our best work when working with the type of clients we want to work with.

By working with your targeted audience, your skills shine through providing the best solutions for your client. This leads to great reviews, more leads with the right clients, more fulfillment in your work—you get the picture.

Succeeding In Your Business

I thrive in seeing others succeed. With a background in research, I understand that success involves testing strategies and seeing processes evolve each time the procedure is repeated. We also learn with each project what is working, how to improve, and when to change up the strategy.

Working with me means working with someone invested in your growth – perhaps just as much as you are invested in your own growth. I’m no electrician, but I turn the lights up a little brighter for your business so your ideal clients can see you better.

Personal growth is hardly ever straightforward and linear. Building a business and sustaining growth can follow the same growth chart, which is why I also provide analytic check-ups throughout the first 6 months to review data and make changes where necessary to stay on track.

I am also…

A researcher.
I conduct market and competitor research to make sure you and your brand voice STAND OUT.

A marketing strategist.
I develop an intentional marketing strategy reflecting your values to sustain growth in your business.

An SEO-optimizer.
I ensure best SEO practices are incorporated throughout your copy so you can generate authentic leads.

A data analyst.
I perform regular analytics of your website for copy performance and keyword effectiveness against new trends.

A project manager.
I keep track of each timeline to ensure we are meeting deadlines and project goals.
